Return & Withdrawal Policy (for EU Customers)

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, this right does not apply to certain products for health protection or hygiene reasons, as outlined below.

Hygiene-Sensitive and Sealed Products

Many of our products come into direct contact with the skin and are classified as hygiene-sensitive items. For these products:

• The right of withdrawal is excluded once the sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been worn or tried on.

• To ensure customer safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of such items once unsealed.

This applies in particular (but not limited) to the following product categories:

• Silicone masks

• Latex suits and bodysuits

• Tight-fitting garments and accessories

• Kigurumi masks and full sets

• Other skin-contact wearable products

These restrictions are in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Other Conditions for Returnable Products

For non-hygiene-sensitive products:

• You may return the item within 14 days of receipt.

• The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

• We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item in unused and resaleable condition.

Important Note

By purchasing hygiene-sensitive items such as silicone masks, latex suits, tight-fitting garments, accessories, and Kigurumi products, you acknowledge and accept that these items are non-returnable once opened. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. We are happy to assist with sizing and product questions prior to purchase.
