🇺🇸 Tariff Policy Adjustment – May 2025
We would like to inform our U.S. customers of recent changes in the U.S. tariff policy. Effective immediately, the import duty rate for applicable goods from China has been reduced from 145% to approximately 30%.
🚚 Shipping Carrier Update – Now Shipping with DHL
Due to operational adjustments, we have switched our primary shipping service from UPS to DHL. Please note that we are no longer offering UPS duty-paid (DDP) shipping.
All orders will now be shipped via DHL. Import duties and taxes will be handled by customers upon arrival, in accordance with current U.S. customs policies.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. For the Zentai products, the ETA is up to 50 working days, for the Latex products, the ETA is up to 90 working days.
2. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Normally we will use DHL or EMS. Depending on the situation, we will charge additional express fees for remote areas as appropriate.
3. Customs:
Please note that if customs in your country impose any tariffs, you are responsible for paying those tariffs. While we will make every effort to minimize the risk of you being taxed, we cannot guarantee that local customs will not impose tariffs. If a package is returned due to the inability to pay tariffs, we will refund the balance to you after deducting the corresponding return fees.
4. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, once your order has been shipped, you will see the tracking information update. This will allow you to track the status of your package and estimate the delivery date.
5. Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing may affect delivery times.
RETURNS POLICY
1. Return & Refund
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept customer returns. However, if there are instances of product damage or missing parts, we will assess the situation and either replace the product or issue a refund accordingly.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that any modifications to orders are not permitted after shipment.
